by Nadia Tomasini
Hot by discipline. Smart by design. Strong on purpose.
Intentional strength training for career-driven women, built around your life, not a gym.
Nadia Tomasini is a virtual strength coach with a background in ballet and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her training philosophy blends precision, discipline, and science-backed programming to create aesthetic results that last.
Her foundation in ballet shaped a deep understanding of alignment, long-line muscle development, and control. That artistic discipline evolved into a passion for strength training and performance-based conditioning.
Today, Nadia coaches ambitious, career-driven women who are ready to move beyond random workouts and into intentional transformation. Her approach is rooted in progressive overload, structured programming, and metabolic strategy, because results should be engineered, not guessed.
She believes looking strong and being strong should coexist.
The Nadia Method sits at the intersection of aesthetic results and athletic longevity, sculpted strength that is built to last, not just to look good in a six-week window.
Sculpted, glute-forward programming that builds visible composition change through consistent, progressive training. Discipline. Consistency. Results you can see.
Mobility, joint health, posture resets, and biomechanics education. Intelligent training that protects the body while it reshapes it. Design. Precision. Movement that lasts.
Compound strength and progressive overload built for functional longevity, not for a six-week window. Purpose. Structure. Strength that endures.
Every new client goes through the same onboarding, designed to make your first week feel smooth, not overwhelming.
Virtual coaching works because the system works. Here's exactly what it looks like.
15 minutes. We talk about your goal, your history, what's worked before, and, most importantly, what's gotten in the way. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
You submit a short video of a few basic movements. No judgment, just information. I use it to understand your baseline and flag anything we need to build into your program from day one.
Within 48 hours you have a complete program: exercises, sets, reps, coaching cues, weight selection guidance, and a video walkthrough so you know exactly what you're doing and why.
I check in, training feel, sleep, stress, progress. Your answers shape the following week. This is what turns a workout plan into actual coaching.
Questions don't wait until the next check-in. You have direct access to me , for form reviews, schedule changes, or just when you need someone in your corner.
A three-level path designed to take you from curious to coached. The 1:1 experience is where real transformation happens, everything else is built to lead you there.
A real taste of the Nadia Method. Start here, no strings attached, then come back when you're ready for real coaching.

Every transformation is intentional, intelligent, and sustainable, because the coaching behind it is.
An advanced credential recognizing comprehensive mastery across strength training, program design, nutrition fundamentals, client assessment, injury prevention, and coaching psychology. Requires completion of multiple accredited certifications, a higher standard of education beyond a single CPT.
Foundational expertise in exercise science, strength training, program design, and safe client coaching. Trained to design customized programs, conduct movement assessments, apply progressive overload principles, and support sustainable behavior change.
A science-based academic foundation in human movement, biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. Combined with a ballet background, this shapes an approach to training that understands the body as a precision instrument, not just a machine to push harder.
Years of ballet training shaped a deep understanding of alignment, long-line muscle development, and movement control that most trainers simply don't have. This foundation is embedded in every program, especially the Pilates × Strength integration work.
